Relevant promotions, public relations, news releases, editing and printing of publications and other cultural activities.Document processing/archiving, official sealing, general affairs, procurement, cashier, regulations, research/development/evaluation, property management, general services and other affairs not under the control of other Sections.

Collect, display and preserve artifacts; organize exhibitions, music, drama and dance activities.
