This fall, Taichung City Huludun Cultural Center presents the most astonishing circus extravaganza for families— Followed by the grand finale on Saturday, November 15th: “Bug Circus Paradise ” by Tien Circus Theatre. From street-side laughter to stage magic, from rhythmic juggling to insect-themed adventures, join us in launching your autumn arts adventure!
Huludun Cultural Center announces this Saturday's outdoor street performance “One Toss to Fame—Juggling High for National Day,” igniting the crowd with hilarious impersonations, dazzling juggling, and balancing stunts! HIP HOP beats fuse with circus rhythms, transforming the stage into the hottest street dance floor. Following closely, Uni Circus's “Island Circus” delivers a breathtaking visual feast with extreme stunts like the “Handstand High Kick,” leaving audiences gasping in awe!
Additionally, on November 15th, the award-winning Tien Circus Theatre—champions of the WCA World Clown Competition—will present their original production “Bug Circus Paradise.” Centered on the theme of “Sustainable Symbiosis,” blending theater, circus, daring stunts, and interactive games. This moving, educational tale creates a “magical ecological show” that captivates both children and adults, teaching respect for life and care for the planet through laughter while inspiring environmental awareness and imagination.
The story follows forest explorer “Little Bo” on his adventure journey. He enters the fantastical realm of insects, dancing with beetles, mantises, and butterflies, witnessing a circus extravaganza filled with laughter and surprises. When misunderstandings and crises arise, Little Bo and the insects ultimately resolve conflicts through “understanding and friendship,” working together to protect their forest home. Tickets for this performance are priced at NT$100 for youth seats and range from NT$200 to NT$600. They are now available for purchase on the OPENTIX ticketing system.
