"The Mouse's Wedding" and "Bobo Who Loves to Paint" will be on stage one after another!

This September, two highly anticipated family-friendly productions will take turns at the Huludun Cultural Center! First up, on Saturday, September 20th, will be the grand performance of "The Mouse's Wedding" by the "Sun Son Theatre." On September 27th, families and children are invited to enjoy the free Taichung premiere of "Bobo, the Drawing Lover" by the Galaxy Valley Music Theatre! This autumn, let laughter, music, and fairy tales be the warmest prelude to Mid-Autumn Festival with your children!

Huludun Cultural Center announced that Sun Son Theatre , recognized as a "2025 Taiwan Top Performing Arts Team," blends world-class instruments, physical drama, singing, and puppetry to deliver a thrilling stage experience. Adapted from a classic Taiwanese folk fable, "The Mouse Wedding," the family-friendly theater production depicts the adult life of a Mouse Kingdom princess and her journey, led by Xiao Shuai, to find the "world's most powerful groom." The production takes the audience on a fairytale adventure into the Mouse Kingdom.

The performance combines physical theatre, vocals, live music, puppetry, and even uses recycled objects creatively transformed into instruments and props. This blend of physical performance, vocals, live music, puppetry, and dramatic performance creates a uniquely magical family-friendly theatre extravaganza. Additionally, "Bobo, the Lover of Drawing" will be presented on the 27th in celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Free viewing is available at the center's outdoor plaza. The Galaxy Valley Musical Theatre presents a story of forest animals' adventures, depicting a group of peaceful and happy friends who are plunged into crisis by an alien force, ultimately rediscovering their harmonious lives through courage and mutual assistance. Through the storyline, the performance conveys the message of respecting life and cherishing care. In September, the Huludun Cultural Center will transform into a family-friendly theater, brightening up an unforgettable Mid-Autumn Festival for audiences!
